Customer Wanting A Specific Latch. Need Help

Recommended Posts

I have a customer that wants a briefcase with a specific closure. I can not find one anywhere and not a good enough photo for me to figure out if I can fashion one out of other items. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get something like this. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried Ohio Travel Bag?

Looks like a collar buckle. You need to check with someplace that sells harness hardware or does harness repair has a shop that will order them for you. Weaver has them i'm sure if you have a tax number.

I have not tried Ohio so I will look and see what they have. Thanks! I have looked at Weaver and have not found anything, Thanks for the suggestion though.

Ohio Travel Bag has them, they are used on mule collars to close the collar. I have three on order from OTB but it is marked as a "new" item. Cost is $3.50 unless you get a discount. OTB does require a business license and a $50.00 Minimum order though.

Here's a place just down the road a riddle from my house that also sells them.

And here's Zack White, more in your neighborhood, also a few pennies cheaper.
