Olemanjake Report post Posted March 9, 2013 (edited) So... here are the first two belts I've made. I think it's pretty obvious which one is mine and which one is for the wife. With her belt, I 'cannibalized the hardware from her HD belt. It was the fist experience I had with rivets and jewel inset. My belt was my fist attempt at basket weave pattern. Overall, I learned a bit through this project: - A skiver would have been nice for this. - using a resist might have made this nicer - burnishing the edges would have been nice, too. - This was a whole lot fun.
