JLSleather Report post Posted June 18, 2015 LOVE the color (again). Did you trim that down just a bit under the grip? Mine covered a little more trigger guard - tho not needed here.
smirak Report post Posted June 18, 2015 Agreed...the color is really, really nice...what is it BTW? JLS, is that your pattern? Kevin

Kevin Well, it's 'close' He added another "stiffener" (with the carving) and looks like he got a bit more showin' under the grip. The "base" pattern is over here... bullmoosepaddles Report post Posted June 25, 2015 Wonderful work. I also love the color. I do have a question if I may. How do you form the leather? I am asking because I want to make my son and daughter-in-law matching holsters for their weapons. I am thinking Christmas presents at this point. Thank you for the consideration. fgabesz Report post Posted June 28, 2015 I mold the leather while wet. I moisten the already sewn leather holster, put the weapon inside and shape it with a bone spatula (palette knife).
