Leathahh Report post Posted July 19, 2016 Hello all, I'm attempting to taper a collar for a customer, but as I've never done it before my first couple attempts were a disaster- uneven and ugly. Beret Report post Posted July 19, 2016 I usually mark off with tape where the taper will start and end, then I use an angle guide on my cutting mat, go from A to B and the same angle on all 4 corner with a utility knife and go from there. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
