Members Halitech Posted August 3, 2016 Members Report Posted August 3, 2016 Only thing I can see, and it is more of a personal preference then a hard rule, is to place your tooling to where it's not going to be in the way of where you punch the buckle holes. If you had moved the middle 3 sets 1/4" -3/8" towards the buckle end, you would have avoided punching 1 hole in the tooling area Quote Every day you learn something is a good day. Thor Posted August 5, 2016 Report Posted August 5, 2016 Pretty good start. The tong looks a bit long to me. 3 holes will serve the purpose as a general rule I'm placing 5 holes into a belt. While you seem to miss smaller bevelers to get into the tight corners properly you should still finish the tips. It's correct not to join the lines with the swivel knife, but you will finish the tip with the bevelers. If you'd use your beveler to strike over the bevel lines after you finished beveling you would even get rid of the little walking marks. Quote
