Sorry for the poor quality (bad phone, will get better later), Finished a belt for myself today. 10oz (4mmx38mm) Full Grain Pre-cut and dyed Black.

Took about 2.5hrs total to make including all the tooling.

I know my stitching isn't perfect. (got to work on getting my corners square). But I'm still happy with it. I have left the edges square as I like the look of it, but rubbed down with Pears Soap, and leather conditioner applied over the top.

Any advice would be great for future reference,

Cheers

I think it looks good, and nobody starts out turning out perfect work, so don't be to hard on yourself.

Wear it proud. I'm sure it's prettier then my first belt will be.

Thanks all. Finding I really need to cut about 1.5" off the end as it's too long.

I like to be hard on myself, it's the only way to motivate myself to be better at what I am doing lol.

Thanks. I love the feel of it, wears nicely, a little heavier than I am used to, but love showing it off. But still not happy with the corners on the stitching, as the punch slipped on me. Think I will stick with the 3 tooth punch not the 4 tooth, as the 3 is a bit sharper on the points.
