Hi,

I recently tried putting zippers on my work. It was a pain at first, but I'm glad I found a tutorial on how to finish the ends of the zippers. Yeah, I know my sides aren't perfect haha. I used an oil tanned leather (a nice veg tan is hard to buy where i'm from) I'm really having a hard time burnishing this? and shouldn't i have bevelled the sides? Any more help and feedback would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Good work! You can't burnish non veg tanned leather. Either skive thin and fold over (takes some skill) or edge paint like Fenice (plenty of tutorials on this forum and you tube on how to do either. However, you obviously have not much to worry about. Look forward to see next project.
