I have played around with different Bible/Book covers over the past couple of months and I done this one for a customer. Just wanted some feedback on anything that there is wrong with it that I am not seeing. I done this cover out of 11oz Hermann Oaks leather, stamped the name on the binding, and put the drawings on the front of it. After I was done with the drawings and the stampings, I used a wood burning tool to trace everything out then used black dye to fill it in. Quote

I usually go with a 6-7oz for bible covers. The stitching looks nice and even and your dye job looks great. What did you use to finish it? Quote Every day you learn something is a good day. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day.
