Holster, belt and ammo pouch in set

Recommended Posts

I made a set for Taurus M85. Left hand holster, belt, and ammo pouch for .38 spec. I hope, you like it!

As always great work. Where do you get your dummy ammunition and guns? I keep looking here in Germany but have had no luck yet.

Who is the lucky leftie? and I like the nice touch with how you attached the buckle. Nice detail and super strong.

Curious, I like the look of the buckle attachment (the whole rig looks killer) but super strong? How is it stronger then folding over the thicker leather of the belt and not stitching thru the entire width of the belt.

Dont get me wrong it looks like a nice way to do it, would almost be easier I think but the strength of the attachment has me wondering.

FGA that color is very nice, it should wear great over time as well.

Great looking rig.

I would think it is stronger in that it doesn't appear that the leather through the buckle has been skived as is sometimes done when you just loop the belt end. his approach has a wider fold back radius so less need to skive and clearly he is not worried about the amount of leather layering up at the buckle which is another reason to skive a little when just looping the belt end. Could be wrong but looks like a pretty beefy connection to me.

Could be wrong. Lets ask the Maker if he skived the buckle piece at all?

The gun is ASP RedGun. I printed the ammo with 3D printer.
