Critique my Site

I know this is where you are supposed to post a pic of your holsters, sheathes, belts, and wallets... but my website is also my creation. I would appreciate some feedback on accessibility and clarity of message. It is still being refined, but I still needed to have an online presence now, and it will be smoothed out as I go. It is NOT set up for SEO or as a web store, but rather an online place for local folk and word of mouth traffic to see what I can do, and answer some simple questions. It is amazing how many folks send an e mail saying "I want a holster". But then I ask, "What degree of Cant do you want", or "Do you want a full skirt or a belt loop", and they are completely lost. So, I have added some charts to help illustrate what I mean, and maybe help them down the road.

Thanks. I did it myself, but it has been almost 7 years since I've done websites, and CSS has changed quite a bit in that time. I miss the good old days before they started incorporating it into the standard. My question is, was it easy enough to navigate, and did the charts help answer the specific questions?

I also will work on charts for open/covered trigger, belt mounting belt clip/belt loop with snaps, sewn belt loop, Mexican Loop, the other style of full skirt whatever it's called... Anything else I need to add?

Yep charts are good. Looks professional.

I'd be careful about to much info. Might overwhelm. You can always get more info as needed. IMO Picture of your work in each option would be good.

For sure, web design aint what it used to be!  I would assume that you'll be adding stuff about the difference between IWB/OWB, styles like pancake/ avenger, western styles - probably even belt styles and variations.  

For navigation, you might underline and link the text above pictures at the left, as I didn't realize that the pictures were links at first!  

Visually, the only thing I didn't like was the white outline around text and graphics.

The reason I want to list all this info, I had a fella email me about 2 weeks ago. He sent a picture of a western holster and said " I have a SBH with a so and so length barrel. Can you make me THIS holster. I looked at the tooling, yeah. I looked at the cross conch, and after lots of looking, found a match. Then I ask him what colors, what cant, how low he wanted it to hang, Things you need to know to fit the holster to the person. I overwhelmed him. And that was after breaking it down in easy to understand terminology. This way, I can get them to think about these things, and understand what I need to know to help them. Barrel length and color are the easy questions that they know when they ask, but they never think about the other stuff.

Look at Sam Andrew's site. Cant even order online. He makes you call and talk to him to order. There are so many permeatations of holsters he wants no confusion before he accepts an order. Granted I'm new to this and dont have a website.lol

YEAH! That stuff helps me! The white outlines are from creating the transparent backgrounds for those gifs. It helps to make it stand out against the darker background of the page, but I can certainly tone that down. I also don't/haven't done any IWB holsters, but then, I had never done an SOB either, until asked I'm not even sure what the difference is between the Avenger and Pancake myself, since I haven't been asked for an Avenger. But, I will take those points into consideration as well.

As for the links, what is bothering me, is the fact that I don't have link backs on the other pages. How hard was that for you to navigate?
