Welcome to the forum. 

Ill throw it out there first I guess, list your location so people can recommend suppliers that would be applicable to you. 

The second one doesnt look like latigo to me but I could be wrong. Anyhow are you looking for vegtan, maybe drum died? Personally I would go with Hermann oak or wickett and craig drum dyed skirting/tooling or there english bridle which comes in both those colors. I know one of the WC bridle leather is pretty close to the bottom one.
