Members BatCity Posted April 24, 2017 Members Report Posted April 24, 2017 I am new to leatherwork and just started tooling. I have taken a course and tooled one other skull. Looking for feedback. This is the cover to a small bag I am making for my motorcycle. I didn't want to go overboard on the skull, but want to make sure I am on the right track. Still some detail work to complete above the headband with triangles, but I think the rest if fairly complete. Thanks in advance for the feedback. Quote

I started leather working 4 months ago. Just before Christmas I got the idea to make a bag for my motorcycle because I couldn't find anything I liked. I researched some things on the internet, got a couple of patterns and made a cuff for my wife and a few key chains as a start. Didn't have any idea whether I would be successful or not, but those things turned out pretty well and I moved on to a few bags. I've continued to move forward with research and tool purchases and am enjoying it very much. I look forward to improving and learning more skills. Thanks doubleh, garypl and AZNightwolf.
