This was a backpack I completed a couple weeks back! Made from leather I carry over at my online shop OA Leather Supply!! Took a little over 10 hours to make!

I like it.  Nice design, looks rugged.  People here are interested in the whole process and a few details.  What leathers did you use I see three different types?  What kind of hardware?  What machine did you sew it on (because it only took you 10 hours)?  More pictures?

Absolutely! I used various auburn and Acadia hides, all solid Brass hardware and I actually have a cobra sewing machine which helps big time with massive projects such as this one! I will post more photos and if anyone has any questions feel free to ask!

how large of a hide did that take and what thickness?? I really love the design and it does look strong enough to take a beating!

This took about 3/4 of a side or half hide. Well worth it though because yes.. this backpack is now ready for absolutely anything!
