Hello from Houston Texas

Recommended Posts

Hi there, I am Scott and this is my introduction post.  I have been doing leather work for about 9 months after doing woodworking for 25 years.  It has been a fun journey so far and I am happy to be here.  Wishing you well and a Happy New Year!

Scott

Happy New Year and welcome aboard, Scott.

I always share this with newcomers, if you haven't already seen it.

Start in small batches of the same small item. This will give you great yield from your leather while you develop all the techniques. It will give you more time to practice each step. Plus if you botch a few you can keep progressing without starting over.

Sounds like good advice!  Thanks for the welcome
