On line classes

Recommended Posts

I was reading a post about on line instruction. I can’t seem to find it again. Can someone help me out with this?

Try the 'search' function. It turned up several posts, and I am posting the links that I know will be the most helpful:

Nigel Armitage:

Ian Atkinson - some videos are free, some you have to pay for:

And our own Mike (Immiketoo) who is a moderator on this board:

Just found this awesome thread about carving horses!!

http://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/21743-carving-horses/?page=2

What area of leather work interests you? It is SUCH a broad subject! Holster making, wallets, belts, figure carving, handbags, tote bags, harness making are all very different in the skill set required!

Thanks, Shelia!  All of these are great for learning a variety of topics.  Where mine is different is that I offer live classes PLUS a recording.  Between the links above you can learn nearly anything leather related and I am always adding new content.

This guy sells patterns at quite a reasonable price https://www.etsy.com/shop/SteampunkMasks?ref=seller-platform-mcnav&section_id=20258358#items

As part of the deal he also had Youtube instruction videos on constructing the items https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtKpONsTurpMqHUDylWNCaw

And also has a support Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1434028716724087/

The patterns have a bit of s Steampunk look but are very adaptable. All in all a great deal and sites
