Wow, this is fabulous for a first bag, you are off to a great start in leather working. It's obvious that you have other talents as well, because your zipper installation, seams and edges look professional. Job well done.

thx for the kind words,
the leather is fourth choice, you see some dork points here and there-> beter picture below.
i also attached a close up where the zipper exists the inside off the bag.

I like how you added leather backing to the zipper.  Many folks don't do that but I always do.  Might be unnecesary but it makes me feel better so I do it.  I liked the numbers on the bottom.  When I see that type of thing it captures my interest.  I would say you are ready to attempt a briefcase or such.  Good luck!

Thx, our next project is a small briefcase. I follow leather classes for 3 months now (1 time a week 4h). I make a new post with the result.

Btw the numbers on the bottom are for traceability. They were put there when they skinned the cow.
