But, since there are multitudes of things that can go wrong with a sewing machine, all the way from operator problems to mechanical problems, you have to describe what your particular problem happens to be. No crystal balls here! Take photos, even video can help. Maximum file size for uploads here is rather small, so aim for photos around 800 x 600, or 1280 x 1024.
