Lined 6 pocket Long Wallet Second time around: Wickett and Craig!

Recommended Posts

Used some more Wickett and Craig bridle leather I had, along with some soft lining leather.  Still room for improvement, but I'm not embarrassed this time around!

Fil au Chinois thread, RiRi zipper.

I will give you my highest compliment. That is very "clean" looking. Absolutely beautiful.

Good work there! Nice attention to little details, nice stitching-- it will hard not to keep that piece for your very own! Unless, of course, it is your own now. ;-)

Thanks!  and I am hoping to sell it, we'll see how it goes.  and I think I'd get a lot of frowns from those around me that are drooling on it hoping they get to use it if it won't sell...

Plenty of room for improvement, things show up when you photograph them and look too closely, so I'll have to work on improving them in the future.  But, I'm generally pleased with the outcome.

I like the shape of the card slots. How did you cut that out?

Great job

YinTx, your work impresses as always.  Simple, clean, just classy.  Anyone would be proud to carry that.  And I mean simple in the best way, not that it was simple to make, but a clean, uncluttered design.

And you used a creaser on the pockets which is one of my "likes".

First of all, apologies for the delayed response.  Life has been busy!  I hope all have been safe and healthy.

The shape can be cut with a round knife or a die.  and Thanks!

Thank you for that, clean is the look I was going for.  Many don't like the detailed tooling look and want uncomplicated elegant simplicity.  And I'm still trying to get good with my "new to me" creaser, practice helps!

Thanks to you both!  Still for sale, haven't found a buyer yet... not that I've had a chance to advertise much!
