We are a growing national accessories company that has joined in the covid19 relief efforts putting together protective gear for those in the healthcare industry during this trying time. Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: Responsible for sewing, gluing, installing, assembling and or embossing of leather products Communicate with the team regarding project updates and statuses Remove stitches from bags to be altered and/ or repaired Maintain a clean workplace daily Perform as a key element to the greater production team Meet and record daily production goals Ability to receive constructive feedback from other team members and willingness to fix and learn from mistakes Maintain a clean and organized production space Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of leatherworking (sewing, gluing, embossing, etc) experience Strong attention to detail required Good time management skills, flexibility and ability to multitask Ability to follow written directions, tech packs, and production patterns Strong team player Strong hand-eye coordination Job Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable Experience: Workplace Safety: 1 year (Preferred) leatherworking (sewing, gluing, embossing, etc): 1 year (Required) Machine Maintenance experience (Preferred) Time Management: 1 year (Preferred) Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Location: Wauchula, FL (Required) Job distance: Wauchula, FL: Between 31 and 40 miles (Preferred)
