So I got the pattern from Mariuspirvu (Link) I tweaked the centre strap to fit the carving, but a nice easy pattern to follow.

Its 1-2mm Italian calf lined with a similar thickness lining leather.

Hand sewn using a 1mm thread off of Amazon, i do think my stitching is improving

I’ll bet the new owner was thrilled. Nice work. If your stitching needed work before this job you certainly put in some practice hours here!
