Looking for rare book. The Leather Manuals from Francis Burdett-Mills

Hi everyone, 

I have been looking for a book for a very long time and it is driving me crazy. I am looking for "The Leather Manuals Vol 4" from Theleatherconnection.com written by Francis Burdett-Mills. 

I would happily buy it from him but he has since passed away and his website no longer works. There is nowhere else to purchase the book. 

I already have Vol1-3 but I am still missing Vol 4. Please let me know if you have a physical copy or a digital copy you would be willing to part with. I would love it buy it from you. Thanks!
