Those that live where it snows will get it.

Thats what caught my eye when I extraced then from on picture and placed in a background.

When I was in the 8th grade (about 55 years ago) we visited my aunt and uncle in Jacksonville Beach. Our last night, there was a big storm, wind, driving rain, just plain nasty. Driving back across north Florida and into Alabama it had snowed, and little kids were trying to get snowmen moved into the shade.

AROUND THAT TIME IN THE 70'S IT DID.kIDS GOT TO THROW SNOWBALLS.
