I need a little help with ID of this saddle don't need to know to do the repair just would like the information.

A client brought this saddle in to have it repaired. He stated that it was an officers parade saddle I can find no marking or maker stamp. It looks to be on a McClellan tree. The saddle came to him from a friends widow and was reportedly rode for 50 plus years.
