I screwed up my sewing machine. I was trying to use the bobbin winder on the machine without a bobbin in the bobbin case, it picked up some tread and jammed the crap out of it. Needless to say I took it apart and totally screwed everything up. I called Steve. He told me "I'll be up there next Saturday if you can wait." I told him I couldn't and then he said "Why don't you take the hour drive to out Ontario warehouse." So I did. I took some of the leather I use most and Tony fixed my screw up, plus set it up for that leather, and gave me some extra bobbins. All at no charge. It was totally a screw up on my part and most places would have for sure charged me. Plus a got a little sewing lesson. Thanks guys!
