I'm very new to leather work but have taken an interest so I can learn to make my own leather fronts for our fire helmets. I'll most likely mainly just work with them and smaller projects, like glove straps, etc. I've been skimming the posts for a few days and thought I'd say hello. Any pointers or other folks that make fire related leather products please feel free to offer advice!
