  1. Now that I've had time to know what I'll be working on. I think this might be overkill I will be making handbags, purses - things with thin light leather. I'm not making saddles or anything heavy. I'm thinking maybe a good Juki industrial sewing machine should be fine, yes? or is this not wise?
  2. I'm rather sensitive to strong smells. Dying and all that kind of thing, does that smell bad or our not? Do you need ventilation or our there dyes out there that don't smell?
  3. I'm not going to be doing saddles or super heavy stuff. I want to make belts, bags, etc. What kind of sewing machine for that?
  4. yeah, that is what I meant, sorry wasn't clear. the chemicals is what I am concerned about. Good to know about water based products...
  5. wow, that bad! mmmm. will have to think about this long and hard.
  6. what options do I have? I hate strong smells, etc Is there something natural I can use to take care of the leather that wouldn't smell or be a bad chemical?
