Costume Jerkin And Pouches

Hi, I'm seeking help with some leather components for an accurate reproduction of this costume:

I mainly need the jerkin/vest, which appears to be some kind of smooth leather with piping, but also help reproducing the two belt pouches. I actually had a prototype of the pouch built already and I have developed some rough diagrams for the pieces to make this job a bit easier. I also have a large library of reference images from multiple angles. I'm in North Carolina, so someone local would be a plus, but not required.

I am looking for someone who can do a faithful reproduction based upon my wife's measurements. Would like to have this project completed by early August 2010. Please e-mail tusken@multiplehat.com if you would like to quote this job!
