I'm looking for possible tips on stamping Horween Dublin leather. I currently use delrin stamps from Grey Ghost Graphs, which are great quality... but when I stamp them on dublin or chromexcel, it just doesn't hold. The stamp is used with a mallet, and after a few taps, the stamp will look great, but if the leather folds (I make watch bands) the stamp will barely be visible. Are there any tips to getting better stamp quality from these types of leather or is this as good as it gets?
