Indentifying Singer 45K Part

Having found an heavy Singer 45K machine, carried it home, but the last owner lost some parts

Especially the front metal plate, covering the mechanic of the head is missing...

so there is no chance to test it or to start sewing...

Could You name/number this part (perhaps its on an old part-list) ?

Is there any other Singer machine type with nearly the same "front-plate" ?

which other type/klasses of singer machines have nearly the same plate which would fit ?(ok - perhaps i could do some metal work to make it fit )

or does anyone have the dimensions , a drawing or a cad - file (perhaps scanned) of such a part?

somewhere in the www I found a picture .... I think this could be such a front-plate... (in this link it is black..)
