How To "deal" With A Stained Seat

I got a call from a local tack shop that I do a lot of work for. THey have a brand new western saddle that has some mystierous stains on it. They are guessing that it may be blood, and its on the suede seat. THey tried to clean it out but had no luck. How should I handle this? Dye it? what will take the stain out? at a loss! But they have a 1200 saddle that they cant sell now, so I might as well try to fix it~!

I have used Oxalic acid on fresh blood stains and it worked. Give it a try !

You might try hydrogen peroxide carefully dabbed with Q tips.
