i had a customer that owed me 15k and couldn't pay. he also had a warehouse lease space tenant leave in the middle of the night. the tenant was in that shop and had a very successful business making custom golf ball bags for over 10 years. the only thing he did wrong is he didn't pay taxes those 10 years so, he took off back to korea. my customer gave me all of his equipment that was already on pallets ready to go. now it is our slow season and i have 10 great employees i feel obligated to feed
