I work with Leather and also 1050 Ballistic for my panniers. I wanted to say something about a company that did right by me. My wife recently order a self healing cutting mat for me. On their website was information about their product with pictures. It included measuring rule around the grid under the mat. The mat was 5' by 8' . When i got it there were no measuring rulers. I contacted the company, and their response was, the rulers didn't come with the size i ordered. My response was, I didn't see a statement to that effect in your catalog or your website . In our phone conversation, the lady said it's not in there, it was an oversight. She talk to the owner and they sent me 4 measuring tapes, one for each side. A $60.00 plus shipping value at no charge to me. It's not often you come across a company that will stand behind their statement, "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money".
