thanks for the comment rob. The bag pattern IS something I made up. I looked at quite a few, I purchased a tandy set, but nothing was what I wanted. but the tandy patterns did help me decide how to go about it. My sister wanted something not to big and without any extra stuff, which helped immensely cuz it was my first purse and simplicity of design was nice.

Thanks. shoot I dont know if I know how much that would normallly cost lol. I just know how long it took to do that braided lacing as I had never done it. but she has told everyone about it and says she is getting lots of folks asking about it. so thats nice. she has made me a couple of beautiful quilts over the years, im sure they werent cheap either soooo, but she likes it a lot.
