Wrapped up these cuffs despite a few glaring issues:

• I can't set rivets or snaps straight TO SAVE MY LIFE *ugg*

• Tooling is not deep enough or clean enough

• Missing the proper tools for edging

I have found the key to setting the snaps is making the holes very tight with the post on the snap and choosing the right thickness of leather to match your snaps . Tandy deals with belt makers so they sell snaps to accommodate those folks . There is good news :At my local upholstery shop I found a supply of snaps with a shorter post that will work with the thinner leathers . They are being made so that is good news . Be glad to get you the details . They are called baby dots in the upholstery trade ,used with truck covers and boat stuff .The vinyl is not as thick as the leather we use so snaps are different .
