my second commission!!

ordered after a friend saw my own Skull Journal. On this one she wanted her boyfriends nickname to personalise it, and i'm really pleased with the result (and so is she!).

Colour was applied using a slightly different method to the ones i have done before (with a dye soaked cloth, rather than a sponge - less flooding on the leather, and a more even and lighter tone) and the finish is much closer to the colour i hoped it would be.

I definitely need to use a different resist though. Super Sheen is obviously ineffective with spirit dyes!
