One of the main reasons I joined this forum was to find out how to make a realistic leaf. I read on here somewhere about using a rolling pin and a plastic board. Well I think I succeeded and I am very pleased. I wet the leather and chose a good strong looking leaf and sandwiched it in between two heavy slabs of marble that I had hidden away in the garage.

I can't wait to see how it looks when dyed. I don't have any at the moment so that will be another learning curve.
