This Brazos Jack rig Designed by our beloved Jim Simmons is completely constructed from 6-7OZ harness leather lined with 1-2 OZ veg tan
Specifically made for the 1858 Remington Army 44Cal or a reproduction.
By experimenting I have come to find harness leather is an awesome leather for gun holsters especially for rainy days because it repels water very well.
