These bags hold rain suits. They attach to the rails on top of the hard saddlebags with polyester web straps secured with d-ring closures on the inside of the bags. The flaps are secured on the end closest to the front of the bike with rivets and secure on the other end with a turn latch. They fold back to access the zipper. The body of the bags are cut in one piece and join at the zipper and at the ends with double-loop lacing. These are completely lined with leather and are reinforced between the layers with interfacing and fiberboard.
