Able 29, Universal Patcher Sewing Machine

I picked this machine up off of Ebay. It's a knock off of the older Bradbury leather workers sewing machine. Here in the United States it's called a Able 29. These are used today in China by cobbler street vendors and are pretty decent machines after smoothing out the rough edges. You can pick one of these up for under $300.00.
