BSA Leather Handbook Cover

BSA handbook cover made for a troop. Troop members donates money to the troop and I finish the cover with the Scouts name and dye. Scout has oppurtunity to apply the dye. Troop buys me a new cover from the Scout shop. Currently about $25 with tax.
