The Side Panels are a 3 piece construction. a) Wet molded back piece (in order to keep the gussets stiff at a 90 degree angle. In addition I had to do a little sanding on the backside 90 corner with the dremel tool to thin out the 90 turn edge on the back), b) 1/16 inch thick piece of acrylic, c) front piece.
