Thanks! Finally got it but now cannot get the bobbin basket out. Is there a trick??

My bobbin basket has some thread under it and the three micro screws are in so tight that I cannot get them loosened. I am using the screwdriver juki sent. Any ideas so that I do not mar up the screw slot trying to get them out?? Is there a good hardened steel screwdriver with a handle that is easier to get leverage on?
