    I made a motorcycle leather bag and tried to seal the leather dye using beeswax-EVOO (40-60) to accomplish waterproofness beside sealing. (With heat gun) No success in sealing. Dye continues to rub off. Waterproofness not on desired level. Used resolene after that but resolene has only medium water resistance. A motorcycle bag needs heavy waterproofness. Finally I used industrial 3M spray in 3 thin layers with great success. Is there any other way to avoid chemicals?
