I have a Chinese leather shoe patcher. I got it running great, but now need two hands for some of my projects. Researching servo motors has been a pain. What I need is what everyone else needs, high torque low speed but there’s a lot of conflicting information. A lot of guys on her talk about the consew, kindyne but I’m not finding a lot of information on build quality or good videos that show case the low speed with thick material.
The only machine I’d feel comfortable buying would be the sailright workhorse. Has 12 coils which from what I understand is important for torque and the smoothness in ascending speed. The SQ6000 seems similar but has a higher rpms which I don’t need but also seem unnecessary if the point of the machine would be high torque.
Why do some guys care about coils and others think less of it?
I understand I’ll have to have a speed reduction system regardless, because my goal is to sew at hand crank speeds, but the closer the motor is to preforming at low speeds with high torque is best for me.
if you would recommend the best leather work servo motor for hand crank speed with real punching power that would be great.
