I’ve got a Consew 255RB-3 sew machine the when you rotate the hand wheel the walking foot hits the feed dog at the max height of the needle bar, is there an adjustment to make the foot touch the wheel right before the needle does

I’ve got a Consew 255RB-3, my front stitch and back stitch are different lengths how do I get them even again. Example when my front stitch is 4 stitches per inch my back stitch is 6 stitches per inch
