it is called a puritan small arm cylinder machine. 3 needle 5/32" needle spacing. I am the person who built that machine, probably 30 years ago. do not think they are in business anymore. needles and awls all came from Germany. groz beckert I believe. all other parts were made in house and all screws have oddball threads. they were used by LLBean to sew their boots, and might still be.
