I bought the Conew T-1919 about two months ago. I did the 30min oil set up and I can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong but my needle keeps getting stuck in the leather. I brought to Tandy and another local sew place and neither were able to figure out what it was. They mentioned maybe something with the tension knob but weren’t sure. I’ve reached out to Consew and haven’t heard back. Anyone else have this issue? Or familiar with what’s going on?
I’ve tried different leather widths with little to not change. I’m below a novice level when it comes to sewing machines so any input helps.
