I wish there was. The only thing we have out here is the usual craft stores like AC Moore and Michael's. I'm in the same boat as another poster I saw previously. Any book reccomendations would be great. I contacted springfield leather supply and Kevin was somewhat helpful even though i was a bit vague with my needs. IF anyone knows where i could at least read about the basics that would be great. thanks in advance. Joe

Hello all, I'm new to the hobby and I was wondering where I should start. I'm looking to make watch straps and maybe bracers ( I think that's what they are called). I was wondering if anyone could set me in the right direction. I don't even know what types of leather I should be using. Any advice on tools, supplies, and books would be great. Thanks in advance.
