I have a fabulous pair of Elephant Ear boots I purchased in Texas in 1992 (fully legal--leater harvested prior to the ban I was told). They remain the toughest leather I have worn, but even so have some small cracks and breaks along the wear points. Does anyone have advice for a novice on a means to repair them? Sewing? Is there a leather glue that endures?
They're wearable, but I hesitate to wear them for fear of widening the cracks.
Best wishes,
