googled a treemaker that was being talked about in a forum
  1. Hello! I was told a moderator of this website may be able to help me determine a cost of a machine I would like to sell, and currently have listed on here. I have photos of it, but no idea of the estimated value. It's a riveter that runs by foot pedal that works great. All it says on the machine is "D.D. Die Works New York" and "No. 39" I do have photos if needed. I can email them or they are on my ad on this website under (if I remember right) Leather cutting machines - Used. Something to that affect. I would sure appreciate some guidance on this if possible! Thanks so much, Ashley and Dan High info@highqualitysaddles.com 435-979-3445 Name: Ashley or Dan High UserName: highqualitysaddles IP Address: 71.219.100.166 Email Address: info@highqualitysaddles.com
  2. I just purchased a JA Safford 14" throat leather splitter with a motor and hand crank. We are having to do some re-wiring and other adjustments to the machine, and are looking for someone who is familiar with this particular model. I am also trying to find a copy of the manual online if possible, or if someone has one, that would be great, too. I am not on this website much to check replies, so please email me at info@highqualitysaddles.com or call Dan High at 435-979-3445 if you can be of any assistance. Thank you!
  3. I sure do apologize! I've been ill and not on this website for a few days now. Would you mind send me an email at info@highqualitysaddles.com? From there I can reply to you and send a few photos of the riveter, which I can shoot tomorrow when I head out to the shop. Thank you!
  4. Do you still have your strap cutter? If so, is it a hand-crank or does it have a motor?
  5. "American Straight Needle Stitcher" by Landis - $1,500 Sews up to 1 inch thick material, including leather, rubber, nylon, saddle linings, etc. Perfect for shoe repair, harness leather, skirting leather. 250-300 stitches per minute, and slowly. Said to be one of the smoothest stitchers ever built. Works GREAT and in great condition "No need to trim soles before stitching, since the Straight Needle Stitcher sews with a welt up. The operator is able to follow the progress of the stitching which makes it easier to sew through rough areas on the welt. HEIGHT 58", LENGTH 33" DEPTH 34" 1/3 HP Motor NET WEIGHT 510lbs" In the process of purchasing a new machine, so no room for my older ones anymore. We can take credit cards. All serious and fair offers considered. We also have a foot pedal riveter. We are in the process of getting a value for it, but make an offer in the mean time if you like! If interested in either machine, email or call with the contact information below. We do not log onto this website often at all. Thanks! 6. I'm looking for 3 used machines. I need a 3-in-1 in good working condition - used. I also need a big strap cutter that I can cut various widths of leather straps (from 1/2" to at least 3")...preferably electric rather than hand-crank. I could also use a good leather splitter. Please email me at info@highqualitysaddles.com if you have what I'm looking for. I don't check the forum often. Thank you!
